Johnny Cash Mania

Saturday, November 19

Not only was it a Harry Potter weekend, but it was also a Johnny Cash weekend too. Yes sir.

I was fortunate enough, thanks in part to the Dickinson management, to see Walk the Line staring Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon, the new biopic about Johnny Cash.

Now I really liked this movie a lot.

The performances were outstanding, and I just love movies that are about the music, and about certain time era's in american history. I love it when a movie can take you back a few decades (i.e. Almost Famous).

In other news, on Saturday I went with a group of friends to pick up a new figure to add to my collection. That would be the Johnny Cash figure pictured to the left. Yeah, it makes a nice addition.

I think I've found a new outlet for all my figure collecting needs. Thanks guys.
