Power Outage

Well, I was planning on doing a bunch of posting on Sunday, but life had other plans.
I got off work at 3, grabbed a bite to eat, then went home and took a "power nap". I woke up sometime around 5 and started supper. It was around the time Rachael had problems getting the washer started, when we noticed something was wrong. Actually it was when I noticed it got darker in the dinning room. Yeah... the power was out.
I reported the problem then checked with the neighbors to make sure it wasn't just my house. After about on hour and a half a truck shows up. He tries the reset button, no power, and drives off.
A few more hours pass, it's dark, it's getting warmer. We ended up cooking the french fries that were in the oven on the grill. Around 9:30 two trucks and four guys show up and fix what I guess was the transformer in 30 minutes. What a unproductive night. Although, grilling out was nice.
