Billy Jean Cover

Tuesday, November 14

Yeah. I do enjoy a good cover song. Especially when it's an artist crossing genres. Disturbed covering Genesis' "Land of Confusion"... Johnny Cash doing Nine Inch Nails "Hurt"... but this one kinda threw me off when I first heard it.

I was listening to the radio on my way back to work and the DJ said it was an interesting new song from Chris Cornell... formerly of Soundgarden... presently of Audioslave.

The radio personallity said it was a cover, and to try to guess it. All it took were the first two lines and I was kinda shocked.

The song itself isn't great per se but I do enjoy how it's different from the original. Good or bad it deserves a listen. Click here to hear.
