Wow, this is like... so late.
And check out that horrible glare on Outsiders... yuck.
Well, it looks like I got my Walking Dead fix. Volumes three and four of the trades plus the newest issue, and I want more! I got the trades mostly for my girlfriend, who has managed to read them faster than I did when I read the trades. It's kinda cool to see her have at least a partial interest in some of my comic book hobby.
Uncanny X-Men started with a new creative team, one of those new arcs for a jumping on point type deals. The only thing it makes me want to do is read Deadly Genesis which this supposely picks up after. Nice starting on point guys, you know they call these things sequels in my book.
Things are building up in 52. Unfortunately not so much in this issue. Kinda just filler. Look forward to next week. Which is actually today now that I think of it. Heh.
JSA ended! What a horrible last arc. I'll let this uncomfortable feeling settle for a little until it restarts again a few months down the line.
Not only did I have to wait for Secret Six #2 a bit longer than normal, but then it just lost the energy it had from it's Villians United counterpart. They better do something like unveil Batman as Peter Parker or something.
Outsiders and Supergirl... just kinda there really.
Teen Titans... well I'm glad they're done with the Doom Patrol so they can move along with the new team they have. But I did not see that last page coming at all. I read a lot of comic book "news" sites, so I have a lot of things spoiled for me before they come out. But I had a "shocked" moment when I came across those last pages of this book. It's nothing too big I'm sure, again however, just didn't see it coming.
