While I Was Walking...
Monday, March 5
Alright, time for yet another new line of postings... Introducing While I Was Walking...
As part of my "diet" I generally take advantage of both my lunch break and the weight room at work to walk a good two miles or so a day, generally wasting about 30 minutes time. At the start of this I took with me my PSP and either played a game or listened to music. But then one day I brought in my DVD player and presto! I watch a movie... 30 minutes at a time!
I've been doing this a few weeks now, so I have a bit of a backlog to run through, but I'll keep'em in order. And to finish things off I'll leave my thoughts with whether or not I recommend the movie.
So far I'm watching movies I haven't seen before, but on my first time out I watched Hollywoodland. I've already reviewed this film when I saw it in the theatre, I'll just leave it at this: I love Superman and I love old Hollywood. Other than that, I'm not the biggest Adrien Brody fan out there, so I could have done without his character, thus making the movie about 30 minutes altogether. And much like the critics I enjoyed Ben Affleck's take on George Reeves. It's a shame he wasn't nominated for an Oscar.
