Diet - Week 15

I lost a pound.
That's all great and fine, except I was at this exact weight on March 7. I went up and back down again in this, a span of a month.
I've actually been indulging myself, so I'm kind of surprised I lost anything at all. And I also cheated on my no pop rule again (second offense). I was out celebrating a friends birthday and had a Pepsi... with a refill!
I don't know, I guess this no pop rule is actually working in some degree. I'm still working out at least once a week if not more... however much that is helping this "diet" of mine. But I am losing... so I shouldn't complain. It's my own fault at how fast it goes though.
